Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use dhan.com, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

  • Words and colours chosen so text is easy to read against its background
  • Every part of the site works with a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are
  • A "Skip to the page" link at the top of every page
  • Labels on every form field, and errors explained in words
  • No puzzle or checkbox test to prove you're a person
  • Pages that work at 200% zoom and on a narrow phone screen
  • No moving parts, and less motion if your device asks for it
  • Every page works without JavaScript

What we know isn't right yet

We're not aware of any problems. If you find one, please tell us.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on the site is hard to use, please tell us what page and what happened:

We'll reply within one working day and, if we can, send you the information another way while we fix it.

If you're not satisfied

You can contact the Australian Human Rights Commission: humanrights.gov.au.
